Fin & Flounder, the fishmonger in Broadway Market, will be holding a Vietnamese supper club next week, in the local pie & mash shop. They hold a supper club once a month; I'm going to try to cover supper clubs more on this site. "In between our own fabulous master chef Adam Newman the Fin and Flounder like to bring in a guest chef mid-month to keep us on our toes. We are very lucky to have a real institution of Broadway market Bánh mì 11, they will be cooking up some great Vietnamese cuisine on 18th Aug 2011 at our resident eel and pie spot.
These girls make the most amazing Franco-Vietnamese sandwich, they have pioneered the hot made-to-order Vietnamese baguettes. They have an amazing following and have featured many times in Time Out, considered by many to be amongst the best street food sellers in London."
