Bagpuss & Co Pop-up Shop in Bayswater

‘Once upon a time, not so long ago, there was a little girl called Emily…’

Emily had a shop. It was quite an unusual shop, because it didn't sell anything. Everything in the window was something somebody had once lost, but Emily had found, and taken home to Bagpuss...’

Now Emily really does have a shop - a pop-up shop - and it's also going to have items relating to The Clangers, so this is a reason to become very excited!

"
Bagpuss & Co – open throughout the half-term – will be an exhibition of original puppets and set pieces from Bagpuss and Clangers. See original sketches and photographs of the characters in the making, including other loved shows Ivor The Engine and Noggin The Nog.
Stocking everything from cuddly toys and greeting cards to DVDs, CDs and even microwavable Bagpuss slippers, the shop is a must visit for fans to take home a piece of nostalgia or introduce the next generation to their childhood favourites.

Arrive early on the 25th to meet creator Peter Firmin and Daniel, son of co-creator Oliver Postgate who will be signing merchandise and sharing inspirational stories about their work"
