Niko B Organic Chocolates run a monthly supper club around chocolate called The Cocoa Club. Sounds good! The events take place on Sundays, and the next one is to celebrate the harvest.

● Bliss – Chocolate & Raspberry Mint Truffle Cocktail
One of our favourite summer truffles gets reincarnated as an elegant cocktail: Liquid chocolate, fresh mint syrup,
organic vodka and crushed raspberries.
● Harvest Cocoa Cake with Hibiscus Glaze
Earthy sweet beetroot and carrot hidden in a deeply chocolatey cake, coated with a hibiscus and chocolate glaze.
Served with roasted plum clotted cream ice-cream.
*Chocolate Making* - Anthony Ferguson demonstrates the art of tempering chocolate and making giandujas.
● Seasonal Petit Fours: The Niko B Organic Chocolate Plate
“Discover Organic” with our range of seasonal truffles and confections inspired by end-of-summer flavours.
Served with Champagne.
● Pear & Verbena Pavlova
Poached Pear, Lemon Verbena scented cream on a meringue base. Served with a dark chocolate sauce."
