The Bell & Brisket Pop-up Salt Beef Bar in Soho

The Bell and Brisket is selling salt beef sandwiches in The Queens Head pub near Piccadilly Circus.  Pop in and try one - on a bagel, rye, or in a wrap - they're open every day except Sunday.

"Operating from a quirky back street pub, The Bell & Brisket presents a heart warming menu of salt beef sandwiches, bagels, wraps and rye, with an extensive range of pickles alongside some London brewed, micro ales.
It takes the traditional image of a Salt Beef Bar and gives it a refreshing twist, involving well loved and nostalgic products. Moving away from the image of a Jewish deli, often associated with salt beef, The Bell & Brisket contemporises an old classic and gives it a very British treatment.
Items on the menu include:
- The Lord Rupert.
A British take on the Reuben, using a combination of salt beef, home pickled cabbage and English Cheese. A decadent sandwich not for the foolhardy, out ‘dirtied’ only by The Blue Rupert with its melted Stilton variation. (Virgin Blue Rupert for our Vegetarian friends).
- Salt Beef terrine with homemade chutney and pickles.
- Pickleback. A shot of Jameson & a shot of house pickle brine.
Pickles include: Kimchi, Japanese Radish, Beetroot, Fennel, Cabbage, Honey Gherkins, Peperoni…"

When - 1st February - 15th March - Monday - Saturday only

Where - The Queen's Head, 15 Denman Street, London W1D 7HN
