Cornish Grill Pop-up 5 Course Sunday Roast with Carl Clarke in Farringdon

The Cornish Grill are back at Redhook this weekend with their regular 'last Sunday of the month' 3 course Sunday Roast.  This month the man in charge is Carl Clarke, of The English Laundrette and seafood pop-up ‘Rock Lobsta’.  Check out the menu below - as you'd imagine it's very creative!

"Carl will be treating guests to a typically unique and inventive five course menu of the following;
Sunday Pub Snacks
Smoked Treacle Bread
Cornish salt, whipped butter
Smoked Looe Scallops
fresh curds, broad bean shoots, crispy onions, lime & lavender vinegar
Wild Fallow Deer
rosehip jam, rape and ramsons, shin and raspberry stout pudding
Yorkshire Pudding Roasters in Pitt Cue pork fat
roots with East London honey
Sea Buckthorn Posset
jelly, sorbet, chocolate crumbs and leather"
