Ribstock is the follow up to the amazing Chilli Stand-off that took place last October. Organised as before by Tweat Up, it pits 10 of the UK's best rib chefs and restaurants against each other to find the best of the best. There's also going to be a hot sauce competition, lots of craft beer, and a cocktail bar run by Milk & Honey. The Chilli Stand-off sold out very quickly - don't miss out on Ribstock!
