RUMblin' Pop-up Rum Bar in Exmouth Market

RUMbin' is a new Rum and Food venture, popping up for one night at the end of May.  This is the second night they will have organised, and three more are planned for later this year.  As with events like Ribstock, you buy a ticket in advance, which gives you one drink, assorted canapes, and a dessert, but then you can buy more!

"RUMblin' is designed as a taste immersion experience designed to showcase the versatility of rum expressed in cocktails, canapés, sorbet and ice cream!  With five editions planned for the year  showcasing 6 different brands of rum, we are delighted to be producing this unique event with the fine folks of Cottons Caribbean Restaurant, Islington and Galindo’s Ice Cream. The event will be held at the Cottons Rhum Jungle, their exclusive Rum Bar with comfortable seating where you can come enjoy the fantastic showcase of RUM... Cocktails, Canapés Sorbet and Ice Cream! Our first edition took place last week Thursday and was a resounding success with circa 80 punters enjoying the delicious food and beverages prepared by Andrew McIntosh, executive chef at Cottons, and then dancing the night away until 1am!"
