O-Food Pop-up Cafe in Shoreditch

This pop-up cafe opened before the Olympics, but I'm afraid I missed it at the time.  Head down for some fish and vegetarian goodies before they disappear in September.

"O-food believes that by changing the way we eat, we can positively change the planet and ourselves. O-food’s integrity is not idealistic, but driven by a rational acknowledgement of the state of the planet and people. We want to serve extraordinary vegetarian and seafood creations that challenge the notion of what fast food can be. O-food is unique because we use seasonal, local and high quality ingredients to transform Haut Cuisine and Fast Food into FAST CUISINE – a convenient, accessible way to eat delicious, freshly prepared, healthy food. But O-food is more than that: We are an eco-conscious, healthy life-style movement with a potential to have a global impact. You don’t just get a meal from O-food; you become a co-creator of a story about making a positive difference for the planet and yourself. Bon appetite!
We do sandwiches with artisan bread, fish or vegetarian patties and various salads and condiments, as well as daily changing salads.
Here are a few examples of our menu:
The Hook - Fish patty, shaved sweetheart cabbage, carrot and fennel, dill & capers sauce
The Portobello - Portobello mushroom, mature Cheddar, red cabbage, roast pepper relish, romaine, Nordic pesto
Veggie Power - Veggie patty, red cabbage, pickled chillies, basil dressing, roast pepper relish
Summer salad - Pointed cabbage, goat feta, seasonal fruit, roasted hazelnuts, flat leaf parsley, sweet red chillies, apple balsamic vinaigrette"
