The South West Supper Club's Suckling Pig Special in Clapham

The South West Supper Club are hosting another night, this time in Clapham, with suckling pig as the main course.  Jimmy, who runs the club, is off to France to host supper clubs in chalets soon after, so this is likely to be the last one for a while.

A trio of Canapes
Starter- Pouting Ceviche, Avocado Cream, Mango Dressing
Main Course- Sharers Board- Whole Roast Suckling Pig, Spiced Apple Sauce, Cider Gravy, Braised Red Cabbage, Potatoes Roasted in Goose Fat.
(Vegetarian Options available)
Dessert- Pistachio Milkshake, Strawberry Cream and Shortbread Sandwich, Fresh Clementine and Mint Jellies.
