Given that there's nothing wrong with eating horse as long as it's correctly reared and prepared, Oliver Peyton of Peyton & Byrne is holding a special dinner this Friday, 1st March structured around horse. I know that I've eaten horse - many steaks that you order in France are horse meat. Full menu for Friday's dinner is below, with two dishes made from horse meat, and carrot cake with oats & apple to finish (geddit?). Good value at £25 per head!
