Fat Cheeks (you always leave with Fat Cheeks) are bringing their special feasts to The Shop in Kensal Rise for Easter Sunday, fresh from the success of their Valentine's Ball. There are 3 sittings - 1.30pm, 4pm & 6.30pm - all with the same 4 course menu.
"FAT CHEEKS is a cheeky little pop-up dining experience that launched in London in 2012. Commandeering a wide assortment of fun and challenging venues from old-school pie shops to rooftop gardens, the element of surprise and intrigue is ever present. Combining mouth-watering dishes, inspiring musical acts (opera-singing waitresses on occasion) and a true sense of passion for fun, FAT CHEEKS is a refreshingly genuine and irresistible time out.
Spring is in the air and the FAT CHEEKS Easter bunny is bouncing over to West London, to hi-jack The Shop in Kensal Rise this coming Easter Sunday. Bringing back the traditional Sunday lunch with a twist.
The FAT CHEEKS Easter Sunday Lunch menu is a celebration of spring. With molecular trickery our chef will present you with a starter of lamb and an edible garden of vegetables & foraged spring flowers such as violets, gerberas & cow parsley in edible soil. A whole roasted chicken to follow served on a platter from cheek to tail with all the classic roast trimmings. Followed by a sensory palate cleanser of mango egg paving the way to the finish line of a big fat and hearty classic patisserie dessert making everyone feel like a lucky kid on Easter Sunday.
Breast of lamb, garden spring veggies and flowers in 'edible soil'
FAT CHEEKS whole roasted chicken served from parsons nose to tail, with wild garlic, cheeky roasted potatoes, bread sauce, peas in pods, carrots, gravy and fist size Yorkshire puddings
(Vegan menu also available)
