Sabine Adeyinka of We Sabi Fusion is holding a 5 course Nigerian dinner in Soho on Thursday 25th April. Tickets come directly from Sabine, who also sends out a full menu closer to the time of the meal.
We Sabi Fusion are experts in Nigerian food and want to see it in conversation with the rest of the world. Working with a variety of chefs, we bring you creative Nigerian Fusion dishes. You will be impressed by our understanding of your taste buds and our exquisite portions of food.
Menu is a sit down meal of 5 courses to include:
Open faced pastries,
Miso Pepper soup,
Fried plantain and creamy prawns,
We Sabi Fusion Jambollof (rice based),
& a dessert."
