Gaucho Grill's Canary Wharf branch is launching a pop-up Pink Beach Bar on its outside terrace with lots of summer features including wind breaks, ambient music and special cocktails, plus a boules tournament. There is only space for 100 people, so see instructions at the bottom on how to book to ensure your place.
"Join Gaucho at their new pop-up Pink Beach Bar located on the rooftop of their Canary Wharf restaurant – sup in summer with Gaucho's new Pink Puppy cocktail whilst overlooking the River Thames.
The bar launches in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot on Tuesday 28th May, it will open from noon – 10pm until Tuesday 18th June, boasting spectacular panoramic views of the city.
Unwind on Gaucho’s black and white deckchairs and daybeds - windbreakers optional for those brisker summer evenings - and embrace summer with ambient chill out music from Sundowner DJ’s and live dulcet tones from Veuve Clicquot’s ‘Pink Piano’.
The new Pink Puppy cocktail is an explosion of citric juices with a twist of pomegranate, a burst of Belvedere and a dash of chocolate bitters - the perfect sweet and sour balance.
In keeping with the rose theme, there will be a full menu of pink cocktails and high-end Rosé wines as well as plenty of boutique beers for those who aren't as fond of pink delights.
Cocktail waitresses tailored in pink by Thomas Pink, will be on hand to cater to your every whim as you relax on loungers watching the city go by.
In addition to live music, take part in the ‘The Gaucho Summer City Boules Tournament’ which will take place over the course of the three weeks that the beach bar will remain open. The overall winning boules team will win a trip on the Gaucho Sunseeker – a 62 ft yacht with two bedrooms, a kitchen and an outside dining area – down the River Thames."
