Unearthed's 193 Course Tasting Menu in Shoreditch

This is a great concept - taste food for all of the countries in the world, and help to set a world record.  Food brand Unearthed have created the largest ever tasting menu, and it's happening at Top Office Machines (great venue) in Bethnal Green Road, in the middle weekend of June, and all the money raised will go to Action Against Hunger.  A £10 ticket gets you a one hour slot to enjoy the food.

"This June foodie explorers unearthed® will be attempting a Guinness World Record to create the world’s longest tasting menu, which will consist of 193 courses - one from each country in the world*. To celebrate unearthed is inviting people down to taste a piece of the world with it’s 193 course pop up restaurant in Hackney, London on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th June.
Diners who visit the pop-up will be transported on a culinary tour and will be able to try a selection of some of the most unique dishes from around the world such as Meat Gutab from Azerbaijan, Grasshoppers from Congo, Durian fruit from Malaysia and birds milk from Romania.
Simon Day, Brand Manager at unearthed® comments: “There are so many exciting and unusual ingredients in the world that many people haven’t had the opportunity to try and our tasting menu has been designed to give people this chance. Hopefully the menu will inspire people to experiment with new flavours and cuisines in their own kitchen.”"
