The Pickled Fork - Chris Griffett and Alex Motture - are bringing a pop-up to Coldharbour Lane, Brixton for just eight days this March. It'll run from Thursday to Sunday for the last two weekends (+ now the 1st weekend in April too) of the month, and feature an excellent-looking menu for just £20 per head. Lots of seats are sold already, and one date is nearly completely sold out, so please book as soon as you can and support these two!
"The Pickled Fork is teaming up with local residents to present The Brixton Diner, a pop-up restaurant creating a buzz at a secret location on Coldharbour Lane.
Serving classic American dishes created with the best of local British produce, The Brixton Diner is a concept restaurant inspired by chefs Chris Griffett and Alex Motture, of Twenty Something and Edible Experience fame, opening March 2014.
The dynamic gastronomy duo said: “ We use imaginative cooking styles, inspired by cooking experiences in the USA and know the London crowd will love it. The diversity of Brixton food is amazing and we can’t wait to contribute.”
The Brixton Diner uses British ingredients sourced from local suppliers including London Farmers Markets and D Vine Cellars.
Londoners will have the exciting opportunity to enjoy an American diner-style three-course set menu at £20 created especially for them by the Pickled Fork team.
