After Hours Dessert, the dessert-only supper club, is back on 18th April (Good Friday) with Mark Donald of Hibiscus and his 4 course tasting menu. £25 gets you four courses plus petit fours and coffee, plus there are other drinks to buy on the night. Note that these always sell out in advance - get your tickets as soon as you can!
"For After Hours on Friday 18th April, we've invited Mark Donald to create a 4-course dessert tasting menu especially for the evening.
Mark is currently sous chef at Hibiscus, Mayfair, where he is often found cooking for guests at the chefs table. He previously spent time at 2 Michelin-starred Restaurant Andrew Fairlie as well as 5 months at Noma.
Once again, we will be at speciality coffee roaster Ozone Coffee, Shoreditch, a brilliant space for these events.
Tickets are £25 per person, which includes a 4-course dessert tasting menu, Ozone coffee & petit fours. There will also be a short menu of cocktails, sparkling & sweet wine, available to purchase separately on the night.
At After Hours we champion modern and innovative dessert and working with different pastry chefs at our events, held in independent coffee shops across London. We've run events with some of the UKs most exciting pastry chefs from The Fat Duck, The Lebury and Opera Tavern.
