This May Open Kitchen in Hoxton welcomes Jason Howard for two nights of Caribbean fine dining. Jason is from the Connaught Hotel in Mayfair, and is on a mission to educate you about Caribbean food. Over two Tuesday nights - 11th March and 8th April - he will serve up a rich and varied fine dining menu.
"Chef Jason Howard is marking his place as a Modern Caribbean chef. Infusing the flavours from his home cuisine with French cooking techniques, Jason creates perfectly balanced dishes with tropical and vibrant ingredients.
Jason aspires to be one of the worlds top Caribbean chefs one day. He holds a clear passion for the cuisine and a frustration that not enough chefs make the most of the exciting flavours and cultural influences the cuisine has to offer."
