"After a great spring running their pop-up restaurant, Wong’s Happiness Diner - Mei Mei’s Street Cart are back on the streets, slinging their Jian Bings and popping up around the city. For one night, Mei Mei’s are bringing their signature dishes - Piggy Ribs in Peanut Chilli, Wong’s sticky Sriracha Wings, Big-Ass Jian Bings & more to The Russet.
Using free range ingredients sourced from local producers, traditional cooking methods and recipes pried from the unyielding hands of their grandmother, twin-unit Mel and Oli Fu will be unleashing a culinary H-bomb of all things spicy, meaty, made-from-scratch, and just really bloody good."
