This August and September a yard in Vauxhall is going to be transformed into an Argentinian rib club, with ribs, cocktails, wines from Argentina, and even a Buenos Aires playlist. It starts on Saturday 16th August, and runs every Friday and Saturday night, and Sunday lunchtime until 28th September.
"In a converted metal yard just five mins walk from Vauxhall tube, Chacho are back with their latest project – the Buenos Aires Rib Club. Following their 3 month sold out run from their little Camden front room, they’ve decided to go all out with their version of asado, Buenos Aires’ iconic sharing feast with ribs the main event.
During August and September, the team will welcome 50 guests a time with one of their trademark Yerba long cocktails, after which they’ll enjoy a sharing meal served from Chacho’s custom built parrilla grill, Fernet Branca cocktail bar, craft beers with a Buenos Aires twist, boutique wines from around Argentina and Chacho’s favourite Buenos Aires playlist. Food highlights include traditional picadas, Chacho’s thick cut Scotch tira beef ribs and Malbec Sundae.
Tickets are £30, and include welcome drink plus 3-course feast, served up every Friday & Saturday night and Sunday lunch."
