Pop-ups in SW4! The new pub The King and Co, which opens on Friday 12th September, is bringing in guest chefs to run the kitchen through a series of residencies, the first being Donostia Social Club - Basque-inspired pintxos and tapas - who will be delighting your tastebuds until late November. Sounds too good to miss!
"We will be flinging our doors wide open at 4pm on Friday 12th September & it would be amazing to see as many of you down here as possible.
As with the pop-up, we will be bringing you a great selection of beer, ciders, spirits & wines. Our keg lines have increased from eight to twelve, meaning that we now have five rotational lines that will feature some of the best beers from the UK, as well as across Europe & the rest of the world. Exciting stuff!
The big difference though is that we now have a kitchen which will be serving some of the best & most exciting street-food around at the moment. These residencies will last for three months & will feature all-manner of wonderful, creative & extremely tasty cuisines. We are proud to have Donostia Social Club as our first kitchen guests. They are one of the best street-food vendors around & have a loyal following for their amazing Basque inspired pintxos & tapas. You really aren’t going to be disappointed!"
