"Celebrate the festive season with healthful foodie deliciousness.
This Christmas supper is so share some of my favourite dishes, in an intimate dinner banquet at The Garrison in Bermondsey. The food includes favourite recipe from my up and coming book 'The Naked Diet' (which is being released in April 2015) All of which are wholesome, colourful, free from gluten and celebrate my philosophy for everyday sustainable healthy eating.
The evening will begin with a delicious bespoke Chase Vodka created cocktail, followed by a threee course meal, and finally tea, coffee and petit fours to finish.
Its a wonderful chance to mingle with fellow foodies, make new friends and enjoy tasty food.
Menu
Bread Basket: Flax and Pumpkin Seed Toast with Smoked Garlic Butter and Pumpkin Pesto Dipping Oil
To Start: dill pancakes, smoked mackerel and creme fraiche or squash and chestnut dumplings with caramel pecans and sage chips (v)
For Mains: venison rissoles with jerusalem artichoke, prune jam and brussel chips, smoked haddock in coconut milk broth or fennel and tarragon quinoa patties with crushed peas (v)
Sides: green bean, almond and sheeps cheese, roasted sweet potato and coconut creamed spinach
Pudding: ginger poached pear with hazelnut crumb or sticky not-toffee christmas pudding
Petit Fours: lemon cashew cups and cardamom chocolate coins
*All the dishes on the menu are gluten free, with options for all dietary requirements.
