Pact Coffee, who will mail you coffee (beans or ground) on a subscription basis, have opened a pop-up shop at 45 Brushfield Street in Spitalfields Market.  Open daily from 8am - 6pm until Sunday 11th October, it features free coffee classes, free coffee to try from 3pm - 4pm, a special offer to joinn their subscription scheme, and a chance to win a year's free coffee supply.  Make sure you go down!

"1. Free coffee classes all day, everyday. Are you just getting into speciality coffee? Trying to perfect your Aeropress technique? Interested in trying out a new coffee-making method - drop by the pop-up to chat to the folks from Pact Coffee and pick up some tips FOR FREE.
2. The Pact Coffee signature drink available to try, only at the pop-up (everyday for free between 3 - 4pm): The deconstruction of the Pact Coffee espresso: The two components of the current Pact espresso blend will be pulled apart. The first component of Honduran El Cerron will be served as a single espresso, accompanied by a ice lolly made with Monte Maria from Guatemala which can be licked or stirred into your espresso. Here is a picture of it from London Coffee Festival this year: https://instagram.com/p/2NwYXBhtAj/
3. A limited sign up offer: for just £5 you get a Pact tote bag with a V60 drip filter, a bag of fresh Pact coffee and a mug. So you can go home with everything you need to get drinking speciality coffee in your kitchen.
