This Valentines Day Fraise Sauvage, AKA Terri Mercieca, an Aussie pastry chef and chocolatier, is putting on a 5 course dessert only pop-up, with an optional drinks pairing from Felix at Manhattans Project. Hosted at Manhattans Project itself, in Gillett Square, N16, it has 2 sittings - 4pm-7pm and 8pm-11pm, and costs just £45 for the 5 courses, or £80 with the full cocktail pairing. Definiely the pick of the Valentines Day activities!
"Its Valentines day! We love a good reason to treat you. This year we are celebrating in delicious style with our latest dessert pop-up back at Pond Dalston.
Sweet specialist chef Terri has crafted 5 delectable dishes to get you going with extra treats to guarantee a Happy Ending. We are teaming up with Manhattans Project to create an tasty evening of desserts and cocktails. Classic cocktails done right.
To set the mood, we have turned Pond into a loved-up sexy dessert haven. Everyone loves a lover, so, bring your beau, friend or a group of dessert loving buds for 5 courses of dessert, a cheeky welcome cocktail and tea and petit fours.
If you fancy going all the way with the drinks pairing, Felix has it covered with cocktails with quality classic cocktails and original drinks that pair with our pudds and its available on the night.
We won’t kill you with too much sugar or heavy puddings, expect a well thought out and perfectly balanced evening of deliciousness. Look forward to a classy, fun, silly and bloody delicious evening that will leave a warm fuzzy feeling in your belly.
