Tickets are just £45 and this gets you a four course tasting menu, with wine, beer and cocktails available to buy. "We have let Chef George loose to create and amazing canapé and 4 course tasting menu for you to enjoy on Valentine’s Day.
So please join us for a great evening and an opportunity to taste some fantastic food and to meet some new people.
The price includes a cocktail and canapés on arrival followed by a 4 course tasting meal. (cocktails, wine and beer are available to purchase from the bar on the evening).
Vension tartare mixed with smoked egg yolk, parsley and garnishes on soda bread
Pressed and crispy Maris Pipers with carrot purée and sprouts
Marinated scallops with curry spices on puffed pork skin
Sourdough bread with homemade goat’s cheese butter and beetroot
Jerusalem artichoke velouté with pancetta, Jerusalem crisps, chervil and truffle oil
Roasted wood pigeon with confit leg, salsify and cumin seeds with cauliflower purée and quinoa.
Pork tenderloin and jus, smoked pomme purée, roasted turnips with purple sprouting broccoli and salsa verde
Blood orange sorbet with candied peel
75% cocoa Valrhona chocolate brownie, spiced pineapple and coconut with macadamia praline."
