"Come and join us for a 3 course meal where we will experience the fine flavours of West African cuisine. Serving West African cuisine with a modern touch I have carefully obtained quality produce which have all been selected to bring out the finest flavours for my meals.
Menu for the night:
THE WILD AFRICAN GARDEN
This beautiful salad dish comprises of okra, tomatoes and cucumber and is a blend of flavours working together, inspired by the vegetables I grew up on and love. Finished off with some Melegueta Pepper which originates from the Coast of West Africa.
A succulent slow cooked Chicken Kebab, with vibrant colourful peppers and sweet onions infused with a special traditional seasoning for a mouth watering experience.
Red Red is a traditional Ghanaian dish, which is made up of a black eyed bean stew served with plantain.
IN LOVE WITH THE COCO-NUT & CACAO
To end your Jason’s Little Kitchen experience, I have paired an organic cacao sorbet with an organic coconut sorbet which complement each other perfectly and sure to be a delight to the end of your meal."
