The 2016 'Festval of Heat' Chilli Festival at the Red Market in Shoreditch


Some like it Hot!  These are the people that The Festival of Heat, London's Chilli festival, which is on Sunday 25th September at The Red Market in Old Street.  Open from 11am - 6pm, it features traders like White Men Can't Jerk, and Ayam Happy (Indonesian), Purbeck Ice Cream (yes, chilli ice cream) and more, with lots of sauce sellers, bars and more to ensure you have a great (& hot) day.

"Now in its 4th year, The Festival of Heat, London’s Chilli Festival is gatheirng strenght and is London's only Chilli Festival.
Over 4,000 people attended The Festival of Heat in 2015 and met some of the UK's favourite chilli sauce and chilli harvest producers.
The Festival of Heat is primarily a celebration of the way different cultures enjoy eating, growing and cooking with chilli.
It is also a celebration of something that brings people together, cuts across cultures and breaks down language barriers.
The Festival of Heat is for lovers of chilli who enjoy eating, cooking or growing chillies.
Expect a day of cooking and chilli growing workshops. Chilli sauce and harvest stalls from London & the UK. Bar, food stalls, live music and dj's."
