"Broadway Market street food trader, Dumpling Shack will be making its solo pop-up event debut at Leicester House for eight nights only from the 2nd-10th December.
Set to be a quick sell-out, this exclusive and limited will be held over two sittings each night, priced at £35 per person.
Pull up a seat and take a flavour-packed adventure across China’s expansive culinary map with a sharing menu featuring 11 dishes including Dumpling Shack’s hard-to-beat signature pan-fried soup dumplings filled with their sell-out pork and prawn combo; luxurious crab and truffle; and seasonal veggies. Inspired main plates and sensational sides will include Sichuan crispy potatoes; long bean fritters; silken tofu with soy egg and crispy shallots; seabass in spring onion and ginger oil; and spicy cumin lamb chops.
Founded in 2014 by John Li after returning to London from Hong Kong, Li set up Dumpling Shack to jump on the burgeoning street food trend, becoming one of the first vendors to serve fresh, handmade dumplings. Li’s creations have gone on to impress local punters, London foodies, bloggers and fellow traders alike, with his previous pop-up at Shotgun selling out in under five hours. Dumpling Shack’s incredible journey is set to continue with a permanent venue on the cards in 2017 – watch this space!"
