Adam Rawson, YBF's Chef of the Year in 2015, gets lots of his inspiration from travelling. On Sunday 18th December he's hosting a lunch and a dinner in Fitzrovia showcasing dishes from some of his recent travels, with a 9 course menu with tastes from Portugal, Catalunya, Croatia, Sardiania and Hungary.
