Seb Holmes, whose career as a Thai chef has taken him from Smoking Goat and The Begging Bowl to running his own very successful street food business, Farang, is taking the next logical step and launching Farang as a 6 month pop-up (initially) at 72 Highbury Park, N5. It'll be open daily from Friday 3rd February, and will be serving a mix of small plates - e.g. Cornish Mussels in a Coconut, Green Curry & Sweet Basil Bro - and large plates - e..g Pork Belly & Lobster Lon with Dipping Vegetables and Herbs - in a good-sized family restaurant. Can't wait!
