Award-winning chef Adam Rawson has unveiled a new pop-up, a 12 course Japanese dinner called Sakura, at the Brewery Below space underneath Borough Wines at 344 Essex Road, N1. Inspired by a recent trip to Japan, the menu will feature izakaya-style dishes designed for sharing, priced at £40, with optional flights of wines, sake, and Japanese beers, curated by Borough Wines' Muriel Chatel. The dinners run from Thursday to Saturday until 1st April, with a 9 course option also available on the Thursdays (at £30). Looking forward to this!
