Model Market 2017 - Street Feast's Street Food in Lewisham

Model Market, Street Feast's Lewisham site, is back for the summer of 2017 from Friday 28th April with a big 3 day launch weekend.  Lots of old favourites return, including Mother Flipper and SE Cakery, and there also some new names, including Nanban's Japanese Soul Food.  It's open from 5pm, with free entry until 7pm, and then £3 after that.  You'll need cash for the food, but the bars all take cards.

"Launching on Fri/Sat/Sun 28/29/30 April for a MIGHTY, three-day bank holiday blowout and running every Fri/Sat from 5pm – 1am all summer long, expect ten micro-diners and five brilliant bars at our late and local Lewisham home.
Get ready for a line-up of street food HEROES. We’ll be welcoming two, brand new traders to the scene – don’t miss terrific new taco talent, Tacos del Rey, as well as delicious Japanese soul food from Nanban – make sure you add their deep-fried chicken wings with Scotch bonnet ponzu butter honey sauce to your Model Market bucket list. Expect the return of Lewisham locals Mama’s Jerk, Mother Flipper and SE Cakery, alongside Street Feast favourites including Up In My Grill, Mother Clucker, You Doughnut, Petare and INK.
For sunshine sipping, bar-hop around our five wonderful watering holes. Start with a giant festival-sized cocktail at Rotary Bar, sink a craft brew at Can Hatch, order a round of rum-tastic cocktails at Rum Shack and catch rays up on the Lewisham Highline with an icy-cold beer.
Finish at Winyl for breaks, grapes and grooves until 1am - we’ll meet you on the dance floor."
