TV Chef/Presenter Joe Hurd and Award Winning Chef Jon Gay are holding one of their Bowls Room Blitz Supper Clubs at The Bounds Green Bowling Club in N11 on Saturday 24th February 2018, starting at 5.30pm. Full menu to be revealed, but expect at least 5 courses, a chance to see the food being cooked, and hear the reasoning behind the menu; all in all a very entertaining night.
"TV Chef/Presenter Joe Hurd and Award Winning Chef Jon Gay are collaborating on an experience like no other. After a six month separation following a very successful culinary summer tour, two of Britain’s most exciting young chefs have reunited to bring their own personal kitchen flair and style to the people of North London and beyond.
A unique, once monthly night hosted at one of London’s premier crown green bowling clubs (easily accessed from the Piccadilly Line and National Rail) gives everyone, from lofty gastronomes to humble greedy guts, the chance to step into their kitchen for one night.
They've combined their favourite ingredients and unique cooking styles to design a menu with a minimum of 5 courses. The full menu will be released in the coming days.
The evening begins at 5:30pm with an arrival drink before Jon & Joe invite guests into their world, each course is introduced and explained giving a back story to the dishes conception and the produce they have chosen to incorperate.
Communal dining to offer a close up personal experience, watching the menu take shape before your eyes, packed full of laughs and a truly interactive dinner to remember."
