Flank's Friday Night Dinners in Old Spitalfields Market


Flank, created by Thomas Griffiths, offers modern, seasonal, British, nose to tail cookery, using an open flame barbecue.  This September and October they will be opening for ticketed dinners on Friday nights at their counter in Spitalfields Market.  Tickets are just £15, whihc reserves you a place, and then this amount is taken from your bill at the end of your meal.  Dishes include Fried Chicken w Burnt Chilli Sambal (pic above), and Offal Toast.  This one is going to be very popular!
