Whole Beast's Nose to Tail Dining at Kanpai Sake Brewery & Taproom in Peckham

Whole Beast, the 'live fire / nose to tail' kitchen from Sam Bryant and Alicja Specjalna, has started a residency at the Kanpai taproom in Copeland Park, Peckham.  Kanpai is a sake brewery and taproom, and Sam and Alicja's food will go very well with the drinks.  It's open from Wednesdays to Sundays; no booking, just rock up!  

"It’s been our dream to offer top quality delicious food to enjoy at our taproom, to enhance your sake sipping. The wait is over! We are transforming the hut opposite our brewery in @copelandparkse (for regulars it’s what used to be the ace tattoo parlour @kinkpeckham - they’ve moved just over to the Bussey Building).

Our friends and exceptionally skilled chef legends @wholebeast will be cooking up a mega umami-led seasonal menu over open flame. It’s a nose-to-tail concept and will feature plenty of sake twists and a Japanese flair.

We can’t wait to launch it when we reopen on 14 April, boooooom! See you there, no bookings, just come on down, grab a table and get your munch on. We have some catching up to do...!"
