Rondo La Cave is a new bar and pop-up restaurant under Rondo, the restaurant at The Hoxton Hotel in Holborn. The Cantina Valentia pop-up is being run by chef Adam Rawson, a man with lots of pop-up experience including both fine dining-style events, and winning the mini burger contest 'Slider Decider' twice. In this pop-up he uses his experience of living and travelling in Peru, as well as cooking at Pachamama. The residency will be open Tuesdays to Saturdays until late December.
"First to pop up at La Cave for two months only is ‘Cantina Valentina,’ serving up food inspired by Peruvian flavours, dishes and ingredients served across the country.
From the cosmopolitan coastal city of Lima, to the historic villages around Cusco, Cantina Valentina will have something for everyone, with a menu from Award-Winning chef Adam Rawson which will draw upon his experience at Pachamama and extensive travels around Peru."
