Luxury British chocolatier & cocoa grower Hotel Chocolat is holding a supper club during Chocolate Week, which happens in mid October. As you can imagine it's quite chocolate-y!
" Boucan Supper Club is a delicious taste of the ‘cacao cuisine’ pioneered at our Boucan Hotel & Restaurant in Saint Lucia. You’ll enjoy a four-course menu created by Chef Jon Bentham (Michelin starred under Gary Rhodes) – which explores the savoury and sweet nature of cocoa as a spice, as an infusion, but always with a delicate touch. Matched with the perfect wines, selected for us by a Master of Wine at Berry Bros & Rudd.
Held at the flagship Roast+Conch in Covent Garden, the Supper Club menu will be prepared in the theatre kitchen and will feature cocoa throughout – as a savoury spice, a delicate infusion and in chocolate form in savoury and sweet recipes."
