Kindness Nutrition's Feel Good Feast in Greenwich

On Saturday 26th July Harley Street nutritionist Anna Firth is hosting a dinner at the Plumtree Cafe in Greenwich that promises to be both delicious and good for you.  The menu, below, includes gnocchi, turkey koftas and chocolate and coconut and lime tart, and tickets cost just £25.

"Eating well doesn't have to be a chore. Join us this Saturday to indulge yourself without guilt. The Feel Good Feast is a menu bursting with flavour and colour - designed to make you feel fantastic. Each dish is full of nutrients that will produce serotonin - the ultimate feel good chemical. Guess what?  The Feast is largely gluten and meat free but we promise you won't miss a thing! It's not only your taste buds that'll be pleasured and delighted, there'll be some seriously happy tunes to keeps your ears sweet too. 
For only £25 you can learn how to eat yourself happy. 
Menu - 
Beetroot hummus with pumpkinseed crackers 
Gnocchi with nettle and almond pesto 
Turkey or Lentil Koftas with herbed grains 
Chocolate or Coconut and lime tart 
Harley Street nutritionist Anna Firth will give each diner some info on what makes certain foods Feel Good Foods. This will help you continue the Feel Good Feasts at home."
