Radical Dining Society's Walk On The Wild Side Dinners near Vauxhall

Next week, from Tuesday 22nd to Saturday 26th July, the Radical Dining Society are hosting a series of dinners called Walk On The Wild Side at an amazing new venue in Nine Elms Lane, near Vauxhall.  Take in amazing views over the Thames (opposite Pimlico) while eating Toby Cartwright's six course wild food dinner, including venison, salmon and wood pigeon, or just pay to access the space to drink cocktails at the bar.

"Are you ready for a culinary adventure? Then it's time to Walk on the Wild Side. Radical Dining Society and FIVE, together are hosting a 5 day dining experience at the exclusive Embassy Gardens by Ballymore development in Nine Elms.
You'll be dining on the spectacular roof terrace overlooking the River Thames. Experience the ceviche counters and cocktail bar with drinks such as the 'Strawberry Scorpion Caipirinha'.
Talented up-and-coming chef Toby Cartwright has tailored this wild adventure to provide a once in a lifetime culinary experience. Cartwright began his career at the tender age of 16 under 2 Michelin star chef John Campbell at his eponymous restaurant at Coworth Park. In two years, Cartwright was able to understand what it takes to deliver food at Michelin level. Cartwright then spent time working for chef Ben Spalding, who arguably began the food pop up scene in London.
For Dinner ticket holders, Cartwright will prepare for you an exclusive tantalising 6 courses;
• Venison crudo, wood sorrel, horseradish, douglas fir & rye
• Chilled pea, mallow veloute, brown crab & chilli
• Cured salmon dulse, wild fennel, seabuckthorn & wild rice crispies
• Nettle risotto & crumbs
• Wood pigeon, dandelion, field pea & bilberries
• Whipped hazelnut milk & fermented wild elderflower
• Chocolate, Watermint & burnt cream
Along with the wild food, you'll be seeing art with a wild theme by emerging artists all over the building that can be bought.
Guests will be entertained by DJ Tony from Raffles nightclub who'll be spinning his decks on the roof terrace.
If you're a thrill-seeker looking for a one off culinary and artistic adventure with an cool Ibiza summer vibe, this is for you."
