Vallebona in Wmbledon, a company that sources and sells the best Italian food and wine, is holding 4 Friday cheese and charcuterie nights, starting on 18th September. Tickets are just £35, which gives you the cheese and charcuterie, plus water and coffee, with wines available to buy at trade prices.
"An evening designed to create an unforgettable experience with not only great food but also a great atmosphere. Vallebona is a supplier to some of Londons best restaurants and these pop ups give us the opportunity to let you try some of the food they buy but the public do not, smoked swordfish, bottarga and sea urchin are just a few.
The pop ups are hosted in the Vallebona warehouse shop (complete with a walk in cheese room) on long white tables covered in candles. The menu is simple, Italian or sometimes fused with other cuisines (like Japanese) and designed to be shared with friends; charcuterie, antipasti's, bruschetta, pizza baked in front of you in our pizza oven, a cheese board and something sweet to finish.
We prepare a wine list for each event with some of our favourite red, white and prosecco's that can be purchased on the night."
When: Four Fridays - 18th & 25th September, 23rd & 30th October 2015
Starting at 7:30pm until 11-ish.
