Up In My Grill's Argentinian-Inspired Feast at Ben's Canteen in Earlsfield

On Wednesday 25th November Up In My Grill will be at Ben's Canteen in Earlsfield, SW18, for an Argentinian-inspired feast incuding flatbreads, smoked short rib, and Deep Fried Spinach & Provolone Balls.  It's not a set menu - order what you want - and you can book by calling Ben's Canteen - full details below.

"Up In My Grill and Ben’s Canteen, Earlsfield, have teamed up to host an Argentinian-inspired feast on 25th November. Started by school friends Henry and James, Up In My Grill have been trading all summer at Model Market, Lewisham, serving fantastic steak and chips and herby chimichurri.  Now, the boys have created a brand new menu of delicious flatbreads piled high with meaty, South American style toppings, especially for a supper club at Ben’s Canteen – just a short walk from Earlsfield station.
Since starting in 2014, Up In My Grill have traded at markets all over London, including Street Feast Dalston Yard and the brand new Hawker House, Canada Water, where they are trading under Meat Hook – a brand new project with chef Neil Rankin. Their menus focus on quality meats and tangy, fiery South American flavours. This pop-up at Ben’s Canteen marks their first indoor residency and a return to their local area of South West London.
Dishes on the night will include hand-made, onion seed flatbreads with juicy, flavor-filled toppings including Smoked Short Rib, Malbec Braised Shin, Bone Marrow Butter, Chimichurri and Sweet Pickled Shallots as well as sensational sides such as Deep Fried Spinach & Provolone Balls. To finish off, there’s a sweet, sticky helping of Grilled Peaches with Honey, Thyme and Vanilla Ice Cream."
