Adam Rawson's Two Week Residency at The Sun & 13 Cantons in Soho

Adam Rawson, YBF chef of the year in 2015, and regular pop-up host, is having a two week mini kitchen residency at The Sun & 13 Cantons in Soho.  The first week will have four supper clubs, featuring seven dishes from Adam's travels, on Monday 3rd, Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th, and Saturday 8th, and bookable here.  For lunches and the other days in the run, Adam will be serving burgers, and remember he won this year's #SliderDecider competition, so they will be pretty special!

"Adam grew up in France and began cooking 11 years ago. He has trained under some of London's most prestigious chefs including Nuno Mendes, Claude Bosi and Gordon Ramsay. Adam decided to leave his role as head chef at Pachamama restaurant to explore the culinary world and bring some of the most exciting flavours back to London.  The week long popup will give guests the chance to sample some of those delicious discoveries prepared by one of London’s hottest new chefs.
The evening supperclub takes place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday with booking in advance via Grub Club. Adam’s sensational seven course tasting menu guides you through the hidden spice markets of Morocco to the fresh seas of Sardinia, from the salty shores of Croatia to the depths of the Basque country in Spain. Featured dishes include Lamb & Golden Raisin Pastilla from Morocco, Baked Mussels & Gorgonzola from Sardinia and the Croatian specialty “Dark Chocolate & Liquid Gold”.
The burger menu, available lunchtime on Tuesday to Saturday as well as Thursday and Friday evening, celebrates both of Adams winning burgers from the previous two Slider Decider awards. The 2015 Pan Con Chicharron (Aged Galician patty, smoked cheddar, aji rocotto ketchup, aji Amarillo mustard, salsa criolla & crispy pork) and the 2016 Global Traveller (Aged Galician mince, truffle aioli, wild rocket, gorgonzola, balsamic onions & pancetta) are both available for pub visitors alongside triple-cooked onion aioli chips."

When - From Monday 3rd to Saturday 15th October 2016 -
Lunch  Tuesday to Friday 12pm - 2.30pm, Saturday 12.30pm - 2.30pm.  
Dinner Tuesday to Friday - bookable supperclubs on 4th, 5th and 8th. "Due to legal requirements we are unable to accommodate children at dinner times."
