Free Company, fast becoming regulars on this site, are holding a 4 day pop-up at House of Wolf in Islington, showcasing a special tasting menu. I've eaten their food at The Endurance, and was also able to see them in action in the kitchen beforehand; this one comes highly recommended!
"This week Free Company will be cooking out of the kitchen at the self-styled Victorian pleasure palace that is House of Wolf.
We will be serving a five course tasting menu showcasing modern technique, seasonal produce and great flavours. We are only there Tuesday to Saturday so make sure you book quickly if you want to get involved.

Chicken liver parfait doughnut
Scallop, caramelised cauliflower puree, walnut, apple, celery
Iberico fat poached cod, lemon puree, charred baby onions, mussel broth, puffed skin
Mallard breast, pickled pear, parsnip fondant, mallard cassoulet
Banana and lime ice cream, salt compressed lime, brown butter fromage fraise, roasted banana, thai basil"
