This is a great idea - a pop-up supper on an allotment, with birdsong, early summer blooms, and delicious seasonal food. It's on the Sunday of the late May bank holiday - book it!
"As part of Chelsea Fringe Festival 2013, Rosendale Allotments invites you to participate in an evening of seasonal deliciousness and delights with a Pop Up Supper at the allotments.
Enjoy the birdsong, early summer blooms, fragrant evening air and delicious, seasonal food. There will be a complementary cocktail as you survey the allotments, an option of 2 starters, main courses and desserts, and amuse bouche to wet your appetite in a green and pleasant setting. Vegetarians will be catered for. Please join us. Relax and enjoy food grown from feet away!
The fee for the evening will be £30.00 per head payable in advance when booking is accepted. This does not include wine though a limited selection will be available."
