Fulham Beach 2019 - Street Food, Bars & Games by the Thames

Fulham Beach is open for summer 2019 on Wandsworth Bridge Road, SW6, on the north side of the Thames.  It's open Tuesday to Sunday for the summer, with beach huts, bars, games, bars, and food from Dough-Me (pizzas), and The Feast (BBQ).  This is its third year, and the theme is 'The Jungle' - expect a tropical beach vibe!

"The ultimate urban beach has officially arrived on the riverside of South West London, as Fulham Beach launches a brand new jungle-inspired beach haven. Taking inspiration from the tropics, where beach meets jungle, the vibrant indoor and outdoor space transports guests to a lush and colourful summer paradise, where Londoners can eat, play, dance and drink the summer away, soaking up riverside views, offering the ultimate festival feel that will last all summer long.
Guests will be welcomed to a magnificent tropical fiesta with refreshing cocktails, bottomless rosé, beach brunches, two top street food vendors, live music, party packages and of course a beach. Following on from the success of 2018, Fulham Beach will launch a new indoor jungle this year; a botanical urban sanctuary filled with lush greenery and tendrilled foliage, while the new beach bar will serve up sun-drenched inspired libations and tropical summer serves alongside house spirits, Champagne and rosé.
This year the beach welcomes, Dough-Me serving wood-fired pizzas topped with a range of fresh produce, and lashings of cheese. Pizzas include; Margarita, Portobello and Meat Feast as well as the unmissable sweet S'mores pizza, a base covered in Nutella and topped with toasted marshmallows, banana or strawberries.
The Feast will bring the deep-south to the beach with their tender, dry rib, honey glazed pulled pork burgers, slow-cooked BBQ brisket burgers, Chicken Wings and halloumi fries.
Fulham Beach will play host to a series of beach games ranging from table tennis to shuffleboard, and mini golf to beer pong. For film buffs out there, Beach Club Cinema nights will host a series of screenings every Tuesday, showing the cult classics and guilty pleasures. On Saturdays, it's all about sun, sand and sipping cocktails or bottomless rosé. Come Sunday tuck into a Bottomless Beach Brunch complete with strawberry cider, frozen daiquiris and bubbles alongside tempting street food.
As summer fever reaches jungle temperatures, guests can hit the beach for summertime activities including; yoga, outdoor fitness sessions and morning raves.
Take a trip to London's only urban beach this summer, an indoor and outdoor jungle beach oasis filled with pastel beach huts, white sand, delicious food, and crafted cocktails."

"Street Feast is EXPANDING – we’re opening a brand new night market in south east London.
#ModelMarket is an abandoned 1950s indoor and outdoor market just off Lewisham High Street and we’ll be breathing new life, light and vibes into the space with everything you’d expect - fantastic street food, cracking drinks, great music and our usual wonderful crowd.
We’ve not done anything like #ModelMarket before – where the best bits of #DalstonYard meet the vibe of #HawkerHouse – and we’re really looking forward to bringing our thing to Lewisham. We’re running for 15 weekends from mid-June on Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm alongside #DalstonYard
At #ModelMarket, you will find Breddos, Rola Wala, SmokeStak, Yum Bun and many more of your favourite and soon-to-be favourite street food traders in their own, undercover micro-diners. Eat-in or eat-out in the open air yard.
There’ll also be a wood panelled shack lined with rum, shandies poured from a former hair salon, slow smoked barbecue in an old record shop and a (not-so) secret rooftop suntrap. The original calypso paintjob stays.
#ModelMarket is fitted with a great sound system for our DJs. There are also five brilliant bars - Rotary Cocktail Bar, Shandy Salon, Rum Shack, Wine Bar and Slushy Bar."
