Drumstick 'n' Bass is a chicken wing pop-up serving at The Rose & Crown in Torriano Avenue, NW5 on Tuesdays to Sundays til the end of September 2021. Chef Hannah set up the company during lockdown, delivering locally, and after the lockdowns had ended she landed this gig, serving up her excellent wings to the NW5 locals.
Hannah specialises in the 'drumstick' part of the wing - the big, juicy, thick bit, and has 4-5 varieties on every day, ranging from sticky teriyaki to a crispy coated one. I was lucky enough to try most of them, and they are spot on!
