Waste Not, Want Not is a series of events to raise money for good causes, and awareness of the amount of food we waste in the West. Held in the tearoom of the William Morris Gallery, the three events I'm listing here are a Thursday night launch dinner, and two further Saturday night dinners with an a la carte menu.

All proceeds from this event will go to the food bank FareShare. Fighting hunger, tackling food waste.
In the UK we needlessly throw away around 1/3 of our food. Come an celebrate these unloved but essential ingredients in an innovative 3-course cold shoulder to everything wasteful.
Dine in a waste paradise of re-purposed objects and haunting tunes. All under the stars in this glass-roofed extension to the William Morris Gallery.
With guest speaker Chris Adajyi of Fareshare on hand to talk about the vital work of the food bank, plus the need to reduce waste in industry and at home.

When - Initial dinner is Thursday 6th June, 7.30pm - 9.30pm, then pop-up bar runs on Saturday 15th & Saturday 22nd June
