Rentokil are celebrating their 85 years in pest control by opening a special one day pop-up restaurant at One New Change, near St Paul's. It starts at 10.30am and you can taste such delights as Sweet Chilli Pigeon Burgers, Wasabi Weaver Ants, Crunchy Cricket Snax, BBQ Grasshoppers and Chocolate Flavoured Dipped Bugs for free.
"To celebrate our pest control heritage and over 85 years' experience of providing professional pest control services across the UK, we will be unveiling the world's first "Pop-up Pestaurant" on Thursday 15th August, at One New Change in the City of London.
For one day only, Rentokil will be serving up an array of exotic cuisine, including Sweet Chilli Pigeon Burgers and a range of edible insects such as Wasabi Weaver Ants, Crunchy Cricket Snax, BBQ Grasshoppers and Chocolate Flavoured Dipped Bugs.
The food is FREE and a number of Rentokil experts will be on hand to discuss the food being served, answer any pest related questions from members of the public and pass on their 'top tips' for avoiding pest problems at work and at home.
All are welcome to come along and sample a very unique dining experience, like no other."
