Chef's Playground's 'FORWARD' Dinner in Bethnal Green with Matty Bowling

Chef's Playground are back with a one-night-only dinner in Bethnal Green on the first Friday of October, with Matty Bowling (Terre a Terre) as chef in a meal that will include no meat or fish, but fully satisfy you!  Plus art on the walls and DJs afterwards.

"Chef’s Playground is back with a new dining experience on Friday 4th October.
This time chef Matty Bowling (Terre a Terre, Brighton) in partnership with Chef’s Playground will bring to life an exciting vegetarian menu.
Hosted in an amazing location in East London, The Arch Gallery, for one night only diners are invited to go forward with a completely vegetarian four course menu. The motto for the night is: NO MEAT, NO FISH. COME HUNGRY.
“FORWARD is a night where we eat like kings without meat...and it feels bloody good”, says chef Matty Bowling.
The Arch Gallery is a beautiful canvas for the event. Chef’s Playground is putting their stamp on the walls with artist Ozzy. Rudes & Tas Elias will smash some tunes so presume to dine and party. DRINKS FROM 7PM - DINNER SERVED 8PM
ABOUT THE CHEF
New Zealander Matty Bowling cut his teeth in various kitchens in his home country and across Australia. He spent a year in southwest France and the Basque Country working as a private chef to immerse himself in the cuisine, learn about pintxos (Basque tapas) and the art of developing complex flavours in small plates.
His adventure in the UK started at Ottolenghi where he learnt “a ****load” about flavours and spices that changed his attitude to food. Now at award winning, iconic vegetarian restaurant, Terre a Terre, Matty is senior sous chef dealing with menu development and a “crazy busy kitchen”."
