I love this! Westminster Kingsway College run a BTEC Hospitality Supervision course, and as part of it they get the students to set up pop-up restaurants to see how things work in real life. Just like last year, this March they have 4 different pop-ups planned, covering Spanish, British, Caribbean and Indian food, on Monday and Tuesday evenings. It's £5 to secure a booking, and then between £20 and £35 more on the night. Please support this - and you could well meet a rising star of the catering industry!
"The BTEC Hospitality Supervision course is offered at Westminster Kingsway College in Central London. Over the last 18 months they have been learning a range of different skills to prepare them for industry.
Their next (and last) adventure before entering into the vibrant industry is to create and run 4 different pop up restaurants in a mystery location within the college.
