Amir & Szymon's Surf & Turf 6 Course Tasting Menu in Nunhead


On Saturday 15th March two chefs, Amir Pem (former chef for Paul McCartney) and Szymon Jelenski (ex Hix) are taking over The Hill Station in Nunhead for a 6 course tasting menu showcasing the best of what they have learned in their careers, featuring such mouth-watering delights as salt beef croquette, braised daube of beef, and salted caramel chocolate torte.  Sounds like it's going to be amazing - full ticket info below.

This is a one off experience as we will change our menu and concept every time we do a pop up experience.
Chef Amir, formerly Sir Paul McCartney's World Music Tour Chef and Chef Szymon, previously with the Mark Hix Group have combined their talents and passion for food to invite you to the Hill Station for an evening of sheer culinary delight as we wow you with our fine dining take on Surf & Turf.
Come and join us as we truly showcase what we have learnt and created over the past 15 years with our friends, families and mentors
There will be a few welcome surprises for all of those attending the event, for what will be a truly unforgettable experience and a night to remember.
6 course tasting menu 
Champagne Bellini on arrival 
Wasabi infused Lobster bisque
Mushroom, carrot and tofu gyoza with Asian dipping sauce and micro herbs
Salt Beef Crocquette with Gherkin Mustard mayo and baby rocket 
Caramelised Scallops with cauliflower, parmesan and truffle purée
Braised daube of beef, with grilled tiger prawns, truffle mash and bourginon garnish 
Salted Carmel chocolate torte with pistachio creme fraiche"
